UNJAUNE MADARAO, established in 2017 as the second location following UNJAUNE HAKUBA, is our pride and joy. Our handmade burgers, crafted with a relentless focus on ingredients and preparation, embody everything we stand for. Operated by the same team from its opening days, UNJAUNE MADARAO is the only location that has faithfully carried on the original spirit, staying true to its roots without being swayed by trends.
MADARAO UNJAUNE is another space filled with our own personal passion and satisfaction—crafted with attention to every detail. The restaurant was renovated from what used to be the office of the Madarao Kogen Ski Resort. In our pursuit of creating a truly great place, we poured our dedication into the ingredients, cooking, and service—and didn’t stop there. We carried out the entire renovation ourselves without compromise. From the walls, ceiling, and floors to the lighting, restrooms, entrance, and bar counter—every part of the space was built with our own hands.
